2. Data Accuracy & Delays

Market prices, percentage changes, and financial data displayed on Buy High Sell Low may be delayed by up to 15 minutes or more. Data is sourced from third-party providers (Twelve Data, NewsAPI) and is provided "as-is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Buy High Sell Low covers S&P 100 stocks, core ETFs, and cryptocurrencies. Buy High Sell Low makes no guarantees about the reliability of market data and is not liable for decisions made based on information displayed on this site.

Buy High Sell Low uses AI models hosted on Groq to generate summaries and analysis of news articles. These summaries:

• Are generated automatically and have not been reviewed by a human
• May contain factual errors, omissions, or misinterpretations
• Do not constitute investment advice or recommendations
• Are limited to 30 requests per user per day to ensure fair use

Buy High Sell Low is not responsible for any actions taken based on AI-generated content.

4. Paper Trading Simulator

Buy High Sell Low offers a paper trading simulator that uses virtual currency (starting balance of $1,000) for educational purposes. Paper trading results:

• Use real market prices but simulate trades with virtual money only
• Do not reflect actual market conditions such as slippage, liquidity, or order execution
• Are not indicative of future results with real money
• Should not be used as a basis for real investment decisions

Achievements, rewards, and leaderboard positions are purely for entertainment and have no monetary value.
